Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services, you agree to these binding terms. If you represent an entity, you warrant authority. Services include vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, compliance audits, and security monitoring. We reserve the right to modify terms with 30-day notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Critical incidents: 15-minute response, 4-hour resolution. High: 30-minute response, 8-hour resolution. Medium: 1-hour response, 24-hour resolution. Low: 4-hour response, 72-hour resolution. Credits apply for breaches per month, capped at 25% of monthly fee. Force majeure excludes service disruptions beyond reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. No liability for lost profits, data breaches of client systems due to client negligence, or third-party attacks bypassing active controls. Indemnification by client for claims arising from client’s unauthorized access, misuse of reports, or violation of laws.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables (reports, tools, methodologies) remain our IP. Client retains ownership of its data. We may use anonymized findings for research. Non-disclosure agreement supplemental. Unauthorized reverse engineering of our security tools is prohibited. Trademarks: Digital Wealth Security Solutions, logo, and marks.
Compliance & Legal Recourse
Terms governed by English law. Disputes resolved in London Courts. Entire agreement supersedes prior communications. If any provision is invalid, remaining terms survive. Waivers must be written. Force majeure events include cyberattacks, pandemics, and regulatory changes. Client must maintain cyber insurance of at least $2M.
